etc/hosts file on windows

Windows XP HOST file.

Windows includes the equivalent of the /etc/hosts files that is found on unix systems. Instead it is found in

C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

It is useful for bypassing the DNS server and hardcoding the machine's lookups.
