Below are a couple of options to help analyse or sniff network traffic. I use this for testing routing issues and figuring out which servers programs are contacting.

Wireshark

Wireshark cannot filter by process id (pid).

Windows Network Monitor

For Windows only, Microsoft Windows Network Monitor can filter by process ID.
